Estimated Shipping Delivery Times:

  • USA: 5­ - 8 business days

  • Canada: 6­ - 12 business days 

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 business days of ordering.

International Shipping Costs

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or taxes that they incur from their order.

 Order Never Arrived

Please check your shipping confirmation and verify that you entered the correct shipping address.

  1. Incorrect Address
    We'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

  2. Correct Address
    If your address is correct and your package is lost in the mail, please contact the carrier, UPS, Fedex, USPS, or others, directly. 

If the carrier is unable to locate the package, get in touch with our Support Team at contact@elevateen.com within 4 weeks of the expected delivery date.

If the tracking information states your order was delivered to the correct address, but you did not receive it, you will need to contact the carrier directly to resolve this.
